It wasn't until he had 3 losing seasons in a row (out of 4 total) combined with the rampant HC issues that they finally let him go. I would not be happy with another losing season, but based upon that historical precedent I expect Kalani to keep his job at least another year if they go 6-6 and possibly even 5-7.
