...he needed to show he could hit the 3 consistently and face the basket, put the ball on the floor and score. He began to show the end of his sophomore year that he could reliably hit from 17 ft but he really had no move driving to the basket except lower his shoulder and bull his way. He wasn't long and only had average hops by NBA standards.
Going to Europe was a mistake as he is stuck being used as a post player because they have Euro guys on the team who are already experienced and good at playing the 4 and stretching the floor. He's not getting a chance to up his game to get a shot at the NBA.
