Just the fact that he took one for the team and sat behind taysom after a successful freshman year made me a fan. What he did and the way he handled it all was a lot easier said then done.
Then when it was his turn to finally take over, the program as a whole was a hot mess. Some of that responsibility does lie with in Tanner but I blame the coaches more then the players. Even Tom Brady wouldn't have been too successful running our offense last year.
Now if Wilson or Critchlow end up getting the start, I will 100 percent support it. But I would like Tanner to have a chance at redemption with a legit offense around him.
