That's not just the oline. He needs to learn to read the blitz, get rid of ball
Inexperienced QB play leads to a lot of sacks. Even last year the oline often held ground long enough but receivers didn't get separation and QBs too too long on reads. Or sometimes the QB didn't read the blocks correctly and moved in the pocket directly to the pressure, usually by stepping back in to where the tackle was taking his man.
