THIS is why Indy is better and scheduling like we are rather than the JJ method
There are no guarantees when it comes to top 4 rankings and NY6 bowls but we will be IN the conversation even before the impossible happens while the UCFs are discarded from the beginning.
Out comes of being in this conversation early and stoking it later with win streaks:
1- National exposure national respect
2- National exposure improves recruiting
3- National exposure improves scheduling
4- Winning here will loosen our lack of access to bowls and more $
5- Improved TV contract
I really dont believe any of this plays through if we schedule like BSU or UCF. I guess it kinda does but only on the same level it did while we were in the MWC
