I don't think so. Most neighborhoods on the north side have parking restricted
to residents on UW game days. IIRC that restriction goes until about Ravenna Boulevard.
Though you could park in that area, get a Lime bike and get close to the stadium in Roosevelt (nice bike lane) or 15th Ave (adventurous). Or park there and take the bus.
You could also walk. It'll be about 35 min, but it's a nice walk and it goes through campus.
