I've said this before but that's alright. At least he's good now and we'll have
had him for 7-8 years at a high level.
What hurt so much with Hayward is the Jazz worked so hard to develop him and right when he finally gets good, he leaves. Mitchell is already playing at the same level now that Hayward was when he left.
