How many HOF QB's have hit the FA market? Thats like once every 5-10 years.
And most of the time its the tail end of their career like Joe Montana. Drew Brees is the only upper end QB I can think of that hit the open market young in his career. Kirk Cousins cost about 90 million Guaranteed. He's what, the 9-10 best QB in the NFL? I'd take my chances with an actual high draft pick and the 4 years in the rookie contract.
