The Trib could probably have written that article about any US university. With increased utilization of counselling services, most university counselling centers are understaffed, and some students are frustrated at every university that they aren't getting the services that they think they deserve (whether they really DESERVE unlimited services specifically from their university is another topic). The BYU counseling center has more staff than most universities (a lot more, and I'd bet they hire even more because of this). Almost anywhere, including BYU, you can already walk in same day and see someone if you are in crisis.
