Will always be a legend - took it on the chin last year, when it was SO
multifactorial, albeit including his own learning curve. But, IMO, he still could have led BYU back to offensive greatness if enough people had enough foresight, patience, trust, and vision. But BYU made him the scapegoat and gave up on him way too early, just like so many on this board did with Taysom his senior year and going forward, and Jimmer in the NBA. All three are just too talented, determined, and perseverent to be kept down for long. They'll all succeed on some path - as players, coaches, businessmen, or whatever, because that is who they are - driven to be the best they can be, but with incredible class and confident humility. In all my years at BYU, I have never had so much enjoyment or satisfaction than I have had (during and post-BYU) cheering for these 3 guys. Call it a man crush if you must, but I can totally imagine being best friends with any of these 3 guys, being treated as a complete equal (even though they're all amazing dudes), and just having a most easy-going, fulfilling, and genuine relationship with any of them. Will always cheer for these guys' success, not necessarily because of how they spin a ball, but mainly because of how they spin a life.
