I was in Las Vegas not too long ago. When I rode the bus to go from one end of the strip to another, I was wearing my Utah hat. Some people on the bus were very friendly and started talking to me about football, as they noticed my Utah hat. They recognized Utah since they were Mississippi State fans, with former Ute coach Dan Mullen having coached there.

Anyway, they made it VERY clear that they were fans of the SEC. In fact, they introduced themselves as "we are from the SEC - Mississippi State fans". On and on they talked about the SEC - I mean it was SEC this, SEC that. I didn't mind, as they were really cool people.

I am sure other people show pride for their conference too. Maybe they don't have stickers, but they show it. Utah fans showing pride in the Pac-12 aren't the only ones. 

And oh - they thanked me for Utah beating Alabama in the Sugar Bowl. 🙂
