Maybe. Maybe not.
If I'm a college assistant, do I get excited to be a head coach at a HS program? Probably not.Similarly, I'm not sure it is that alluring to take a step down from being an assistant in the NBA to coaching college. To many, it would seem like a step in the wrong direction.
