Quinn was dissing Romo by saying that him calling out the plays wasn't very impressive and that it would only impress non-football people. It made a chuckle because Quinn was clearly resentful. Romo has one of the most coveted media gigs for former NFL players while Quinn is doing a Sunday sports talk radio show.
It reminded me of when Liam Gallagher (formerly of Oasis) said that Daft Punk's "Get Lucky" was a super simple song that he could write in an hour. If it was so easy to write a mega hit, how come Gallagher hasn't written a hit in 2 decades? Even the hits he did write weren't close to being as big as Get Lucky.
