I too appreciate What Rose has done. We had some great years with him as coach.

His twilight unfortunately started after Jimmer graduated and is on a steep decline.

Just look at home game attendance, poor recruiting, transfers, the lack of conference championships, inexplicable losses each season, mediocre coaching, poor player development, poor defense, player rotations that don’t align with ability, poor 3-point shooting, poor rebounding, low number of assists per game, inadequate oversight of boosters, and the overall inconsistency of his recent teams.

Further, Rose hasn’t cultivated or maintained good relationships with influential alumni either (e.g., Ainge and Chapman being among the most notable).

Rose is well past his prime and needs to retire now before his legacy is tarnished any further.
