My wife lived in the dumpiest apartments in all of Provo. All of the units faced the inner courtyard where there was a pool and hot tub. One day, a naked homeless man got in the hot tub and refused to leave. Eventually the police were called. He wouldn’t get out for them either. So a poor officer had to take off his belt and boots and go in after him to pull him out. I’m sure that was a great day for him lol.
