My friend has a court underneath her garages/driveway
The driveway splits two enormous garages. The course is accessed by stairs going down from her basement. The whole house is amazing.

Do a b-ball court that you can convert into racquet/pickleball

An indoor basketball court in the basement is probably the most expensive way to go.

What are you estimating for cost, and how big do you anticipate it?
