...it looks pretty good. It has AC (an absolute must here in AZ) and decent lighting. The roof isn't high enough for my likes, and the flooring is the outdoor version of the sport court, which didn't make sense except it's a lot cheaper.

We are planning on doing one on our lot when our house is done. Steel frame/outer and spray foam for insulation. Likely have a mock wood snap together tile court so it feels more like an indoor court. I think we will do some indoor paneling to hide the lower level of foam. I have no idea how we will do the paneling.
