At the beginning of the season. I wondered if Baxter was ever going to make a shot at the beginning of the season. He looked like a project to me. But partway through the season something clicked and it was obvious he was providing a defensive spark and then showed flashes of some offense.

I think Dave got it about right but maybe needed to do it a few games sooner.
