I think with either a pool or a "home" as an person adds features and amenities, then the closer one comes to the cost of an equal size home or pool that is built the standard way.

So the cost saving features of using containers can be quickly lost as more is added to a pool or home. I look at that picture and it makes me wonder if just building a home like that without using containers would cost much more?
