I have a friend that recently did it and, honestly lots of cool hikes I'd rather
Do in places like Patagonia, the Alps, or in Africa.
They said the food was absolutely awful and altitude sickness made it very hard and led to resting multiple days and almost not making it. Their pictures were alright. Their experience did not get me excited to go.
