out a year in advance, but they hadn't yet gone through and set the prices and or blocked out the dates it wasn't going to be available yet for that far out. Since new days become available every day it's easy as a host to get behind in pricing and blocking out dates. All it takes is a couple weeks and all of the sudden next year's spring break is available to book but you haven't yet gotten your pricing or dates blocked out yet. Most people don't plan that far ahead.
