To answer your question, I think a team of all Europeans could be pretty good.
You might look at something like this:
PG: Dragic
SG: Doncic
SF: Giannis
PF: Porzingis
C: Gobert
And you'd still have a ton of firepower off the bench with Jokic, Saric, Mirotic, both Bogdonavic dudes, Batum, Nurkic, I could go on. You could make a pretty solid roster.
