You should call the customer service rep and have them check the policy
Binding terms and options will be in the policy and without that information you can’t get a for sure answer and they will have quick access to the policy, if the CSR has any empathy they will be able to issue a refund if the terms allow it, but odds of a full refund are slim to none if your dates are correct.
