Star Wars: A New Hope was released TWICE into theaters (at least, maybe more) and released on video many many times. (I have TWO version myself... original on VHS and remastered on DVD). What counts on all time box office ... ALL of that? Just the first release?

Likewise with Snow White ... also released a couple of time.

And Gone with the Wind ... I think that has been released several time, and probably in every format at some point ... from film to video disk to beta to VHS to DVD to BlueRay.

ALSO, does streaming somehow count as well? Every time one of those gets streamed on Netflix, is that another dollar or something?
