I needed to buy a product. I need it today, so no time to wait for shipping. I googled it, and found that Walmart, which is 1 mile from my house had it both online and in stock at the store for $14.99. PetSmart, which is 6 miles from my home had it on their website for $5.49. So, I sent my son to go buy it from PetSmart. He got there, and the price listed at the store was $14.99, same as the Walmart.

So, I go back to PetSmart's website, order the product for $5.49 (plus tax) and have it "delivered" to the store. Since it's being delivered to the store, it's free shipping. It says it will be available "within an hour". Within a few minutes, I get an email saying the product is ready to pick up. My son said he watched a PetSmart employee go to the shelf and get the exact same bottle that my son had picked up 5 minutes earlier, and take it to the customer service desk. My son followed him to the desk, showed him the email with the order number, and walked out with the item.
