There website is awful and it took me calling them about ten times and
writing a letter (over like three months) to get them to release a lien. I was about ready to get an attorney b/c they were not responding and nobody could help.
Have also been horrible on an insurance claim.
I'm tempted to refi just to get out of having them as the lender.
