Have you experienced static feedback before?
Using HDMI cables only from AV to your devices (tape, BR, etc)?

You most likely have some sort of static electricity build up...

Option 1: remove all HDMI cables and plug in one at a time and test that source. So, put BR HDMI cable back in and test. Continue on until all sources are plugged back in and tested. Did static feedback go away?

Option 2: Another way that might work, similar to a PC reset (Press and hold the power button, PC will TOFF) would be to unplug all HDMI cables AND your Anthem AV receiver power cable, Plug in power plug, then all HDMI cables, still static feedback?

Option 2 might be the fastest way to troubleshoot.
