Smart move...they sacrificed their identity for lousy football
UConn belongs in the Big East and their mediocre football program is not justification for staying out of the conference where they belong.
It’s very different than BYU where football is our main identity. I am still in favor of joining the AAC if we could get 2-3 western schools to go in with us among Boise, SDSU, CSU, AF, or UNLV I would be game.
