I was very experienced in real estate and able to find two very nice homes in St. George/Santa Clara that the owner sold with owner financing. I took care of the down payment and the notes needed to be paid off in seven years or less to the seller. I figured that was adequate time for both my kids to get the ship upright again and refinance the houses. It worked very well and I'm glad I did it.
