As a football conference, it is a shell off former self. With decent sized arenas it's a better basketball conference, but that's not worth it to go back.

It's too bad They were so short sighted when BYU went independent in football. They could have maintained a mutually beneficial relationship if BYU had been able to stay in MWC in basketball and other sports and had a scheduling agreement with the MWC for football.
