We have a decent Tex-Mex joint here. For whatever reason I got sick from their chicken mole enchiladas. It’s a dish I’d had many times before with no issues. I got sick, missed church the following day when I was supposed to conduct our YSA branch. I was all better by Monday but mentioned to our ward clerk why I missed church and where I ate. He was the county’s health inspector. The Tex-Mex joint got a surprise inspection.
