FWIW, I always just assumed it was his right. Never even looked
at the logo closely until I saw this commerical for Jordan 1s and wondered why in the world they had him jumping off his right foot and dunking with his left hand. After seeing the commercial I looked at the logo more closely, and it'd be some funky anatomy to have the ball in his right hand and his left foot pointed the way it is.
