So it's for people who CAN season and cook meat right and want to
complement the meat. Nobody is suggesting the purpose of bbq sauce is to totally drown meat in it. Saying it's for people who can't cook is ridiculous. Every BBQ mind in the world would laugh at that. People who can't cook aren't the ones who invented it.
