Honest Question: How is Utah considered more of a powerhouse than Washington?
Washington has been in the playoff. Last year it was in the Rose Bowl. It has won two of the last three Pac 12 championships. It won a national championship in 91 and 60. It came very close in '84. It has many more top ten finishes than Utah. Washington has beat Utah every time they've played in the Pac 12.
Is there any metric by which Utah is more of a powerhouse than Washington?
