The worst one I can remember was in 2013 with 20 Wisconsin @ Arizona State. The refs wouldn't let Wisconsin snap the ball in the final 10 seconds and then ran off the field. Last year, USC avoided an obvious targeting call because a "third party" intervened in the review process. Washington State lost a close game and IMO ended up keeping them out of a New Years Bowl Game.

Even Kyle W. was furious with the refs in the PAC-12 championship game last year for failing to call an obvious PI at the end of the game.
