I kind of feel like there should be a rule preventing kickoff times later than about 9 pm Eastern Time if a team from the Eastern time zone is playing in the game. It’s a huge disadvantage, IMO. Same would apply to west coast teams playing in games that kick off at 12 noon ET/9 am Pacific, although I think that is slightly less disadvantageous.
