Anae, Hill, Anderson & Howell (though he'd be a long shot). And that is just off the top of my head of potential head coaches with demonstrated leadership skills better than Kalani. In CFB you are dealing with a bunch of college kids that often need a drill sargent to get the most out of them day in and day out, not a best friend. Or at least the head coach needs to hire assistants who are disciplinarians (a la LaVell) to maximize execution and consistency in the program. It doesn't appear that this is occurring under Kalani. But I think any of the guys above would do a better job in this respect.
