The words of Ether seem to apply here. What I mean by that is that it is possible to be a good leader, president, CEO, etc., and not be a good man or woman. Many would say that of President Clinton for example, especially as time goes on and it is clear that many of his victories like a balanced budget and welfare reform go against traditional democratic beliefs and obviously the economy was on fire, yet we know about his personal issues.

There are some business repercussions to what you are discussing, since it is possible that this guy will be involved in a large lawsuit, but my experience is that in a billion dollar company like what you are mentioning, any of his indiscretions can be taken care of secretly for a couple of million settlement that won't move the needle. Swearing is a non-issue I don't even believe it is a sin unless you are taking the Lord's name in vain, and if you are looking for a manager who doesn't swear you really have a short list of candidates, because I haven't met almost anyone who is in high pressure situations.

On the other hand, I think we've all had experience working with LDS folks who were nice people but were terrible managers. All things being equal I'd rather work with a good person, but my most important duty is to providing for my family, which often requires me to work
with folks who aren't very likable.
