If remodeling your master bath, do you put in a free standing soaking tub or jetted tub? Plenty of space for either.

We put in a big shower and put a hot tub outside

We have a bathtub with jets and prefer it to just the looks of a standalone...

We went with a soaking tub. Heard cleaning jets isn't ever easy or thorough

W/ previous ones we just ran the jets every so often with dishwasher detergent and vinegar.

Jets really aren’t a big deal to keep clean. Just depends on what you prefer

IMO free standing looks so much better. But if you actually use jets it’s tossup

Jets. Lived in my house for 13 yrs. Tub used <10 times. If jets, at least 20!

Planned on looking into the heated floor. They’ve come along way recently in cost & ease of installation.
