Oh, and I also noticed that if you move a safety closer to the line of scrimmage, sort of like where you might put an extra linebacker, it is easier to stop the run. The safety doesn't even need to be particularly mean; if he is closer to the line of scrimmage and plays kind of like a linebacker, it works well enough....
