Overall he’s done fine. Mendenhall and Rose were hired on his watch and were successful despite what some think on this board. He’s made good hires in the other sports and BYU has done well. He’s not the bottleneck for independence/P5 stuff.

I think Holmoe’s future will depend largely on how the Mark Pope era goes and how he handles the Sitake era and/or who he hires to replace him.
