A good rain poncho is the best thing to start with
No use trying to stay warm if your clothes are already wet.
I’d actually suggest two rain ponchos one to wear, and one to put over their legs, unless they’re planning on standing the whole game their pants from about mid thigh down will get soaked while their upper half will stay dry. Or get rain pants as well as poncho if your a high roller.
