My dad had to fire his friend and our neighbor as CFO of his corporation.

It was super hard for him.

They were the house we would go swimming at. They hosted us for Thanksgiving the year my dad had open heart surgery.
Really good friends.

Had to fire him. And then they had to move.

I’ll bet he would say it was the hardest thing he had to do in his remarkable professional life.
