Baylor Romney would be my guess
But I don't think any have a good chance of playing in the NFL mostly for the reason CoachSpeak gave.
I have been really surprised at how poised and mature Romney has been given his lack of reps as a third string QB. He has made some mistakes (not know which way play was going on a couple of handoffs, the underthrow to Hifo in the endzone), but he looks very confident knowing presnap where to go with the ball and if it isn't there, calmly moves on to the next option. If Romney was a legit 6'3, I would honestly bet on him making an NFL roster even without the mobility of Wilson or Hall. But for a QB on the short side with average mobility, he would have to be Drew Brees to make it.
