It's horribly unfair, there are clear-cut favorites, and there is no way to BECOME a favorite. The rich get richer and those who are in that group are immune to the "checks" that have been put in place to make it fair.

Unfortunately my heart will not allow me not to care. I will love my BYU teams despite the fact that the system will not allow for my team to reach the highest heights. The NCAA has made my fandom a practice in futility.
