Those guys took time off in the off-season. Heck, Jordan took time off DURING
the season and even playoffs. But I digress...
the current NBA pro plays a TON of extra games for national teams, something Stockton and Malone did once. They also do a lot heavier training in the off-season. They also play a TON of minutes in AAU. By the time these guys are 30, they have significantly more miles on their joints.
