yeah, that would be fun. I tried some fufu from Nigerians once and thought it
was really good. Wonder if that's similar to what they make in Ghana 🙂
I guess calling it African food in my post above kind of does it a dissservice since Africa is an entire giant continent and there are many, many different kinds of cultures and cuisines. The African restaurant I mentioned above is really Oromian/Ethiopian type cuisine.
