Down 6 with 16 seconds, coach should have called a time out and made sure the
team understood that there isn't enough time left to exchange layups for free throws. If they were going to win they needed to make quick threes and steal the inbounds.
In regulation with the final posession in the last two games we settled for a failing away jumper, luckily working in Houston and coming up way short in Boise. Agreed a time out to organize may have helped.
