I'm actually okay with just staying at the beach right at the port there. It is decent and there are a few things to see in the water. I'm a dry Parrot Head but the only thing at Margaritaville that interests me is the music. We'll be ready for just a beach day there. We did a snorkel there once and it was good, but your experience is accurate. We did see a really some big fish pretty close up.
