Utah getting in makes a better case for expansion.
If only because the Big-12 is more influential in CFB than the Pac-12. Pissing off the PAC-12 does nothing because everyone else already considers them an afterthought in college football.
Leaving out a blue blood program in favor of Utah does a lot more to push change than letting OU in.
